PrivacyPolicyPro provides a free online tool for generating privacy policy documents for websites and applications. A paid Pro subscription is available for additional features including unlimited policies, auto-updates, and multi-language support.

3. Free Tier

The free tier allows generation of one basic privacy policy with standard GDPR and CCPA clauses. No account is required for the free tier.

4. Pro Subscription

The Pro plan costs $12/month or $120/year and includes unlimited privacy policies, all policy types, automatic legal updates, multi-language support, and WordPress plugin installation. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of payment.

5. Legal Disclaimer

The privacy policies generated by this Service are templates based on current privacy regulations. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for complex legal situations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of legal completeness or accuracy for your specific circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, including generating policies for fraudulent websites or misrepresenting data collection practices. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided and the use of generated documents.

7. Privacy

We do not store the content of your generated privacy policies on the free tier. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrivacyPolicyPro shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of generated privacy policies, including but not limited to regulatory fines, legal disputes, or compliance failures. The user assumes all responsibility for legal compliance.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
